B-Source from Aalst, a specialist in technical capacity solutions, has been acquired by Yontec, headquartered in Hasselt. Yontec employs 160 professionals specialized in industrial maintenance and technical services. Thanks to the acquisition, B-Source can combine the expertise of its 40 highly skilled technicians with the resources and know-how of a national player.
B-Source has established itself over the years as a reliable partner in technical services, with a strong focus on high safety standards and operational excellence. The team, consisting of experienced technicians, operates from Aalst and has built a solid reputation.

This acquisition was also made possible thanks to the strong relationship between the directors Peter Manet, Indufin and Davy Jonckers. The group will now generate a turnover of approximately €22 million with more than 200 employees.
