The acquisition allows B-Source to combine the expertise of its 40 highly skilled technicians with the resources and knowledge of a national player.
Over the years, B-Source has established itself as a reliable partner in technical services, with an emphasis on high safety standards and operational excellence. The team, consisting of experienced technicians operates out of van Aalst and has built a strong reputation.
"This acquisition by Yontec allows them to take service delivery to an even higher level," said Bob Cornelis, former CEO of B-Source. "By joining forces with Yontec, they can provide customers with even better solutions while staying true to our local roots and the values that have brought us success."
The acquisition by Yontec not only offers an opportunity for further growth, but also ensures stability and numerous new opportunities for staff. B-Source will continue to operate from Aalst, underlining its commitment to existing customers.

Together, Yontec and B-Source aim to further improve the quality of technical services and 24/7 standby services for customers and provide seamless integration of services.
This acquisition came about partly because of a strong relationship between directors Peter Manet, Indufin and Davy Jonckers. The group will now realize a turnover of about 22 million euros with more than 200 employees.
