Yontec, a leading industrial maintenance company, has opened an office in Frame 21 on Diamantstraat in Herentals. The company’s headquarters are located in Hasselt, but Yontec aims to strengthen its presence in the Kempen.
Yontec nv was founded in 2012 by Davy Jonckers. A first major recognition followed in 2019, when the company was awarded by Trends Gazellen as the fastest-growing medium-sized company in Limburg and the second fastest-growing company in Flanders. “Today, more than 150 Yontec’ers give their very best every day to keep our customers’ technical installations running smoothly throughout Flanders,” says Carolien Lauwers, Branch Supervisor in Herentals.

With our unmatched 24/7 availability, we are always ready to step in without compromise,” adds Carolien Lauwers, Branch Supervisor Herentals. Yontec’s technicians are active in sectors such as food and pharma, logistics and machine building, manufacturing companies and the petrochemical industry. “By opening a branch office in Herentals, we want to be closer to our customers. It is also convenient for our employees working in the region, as they no longer have to travel to the headquarters in Hasselt for everything.
In the Herentals-Westerlo region, we have already worked for companies such as Henco, Estée Lauder and Belgian Chocolate Group,” she explains. In addition to Herentals and the headquarters in Hasselt, Yontec also has branches in Aalst and Leuven.
Yontec aims to significantly expand its workforce in the coming years. “To achieve that, we are continuously looking for people with technical profiles who want to be part of our story,” says founder Davy Jonckers. “Because skilled technicians are in high demand everywhere, we try to make a difference with an approach that ensures a healthy work-life balance.
