Yontec, a leading industrial maintenance company, has opened an office in Frame 21 on Diamantstraat in Herentals. The company is headquartered in Hasselt, but Yontec wants to gain more of a foothold in the Kempen region.

Yontec nv was founded in 2012 by Davy Jonckers. A first award followed in 2019 when the company was lauded by Trends Gazellen as the fastest growing medium-sized company in Limburg and the second fastest growing company in Flanders. "Today, more than 150 Yontec employees give their best every day to keep customers' technical installations running smoothly throughout Flanders," says Carolien Lauwers, the person in charge in Herentals.

"In the Herentals-Westerlo region, we have already worked for Henco, Estée Lauder and the Belgian Chocolate Group, among others," it sounds. "By opening a branch office in Herentals, we want to be closer to our customers. It is also convenient for our employees who are working in the region that they do not have to go to the headquarters in Hasselt for everything." In addition to Herentals and the Hasselt headquarters, Yontec also has branch offices in Aalst and Leuven.
The goal is to firmly expand the number of employees over the next few years. "To that end, we are constantly looking for people with technical profiles who want to step into our story with us," says founder Davy Jonckers. "Because good technicians are in demand everywhere, we try to make the difference with an approach that balances work and private life. Through our Y-lab, we can also provide a comprehensive training offer. The idea is that whoever has chosen Yontec won't leave here again."
