ME+ was founded in 2023 in response to a clear market need. Many industrial companies have access to large volumes of technical data and expertise but lack the structure required to translate them into a profitable, long-term approach to managing their machinery and assets.<\/p>

Based in Limburg, ME+ advised executive teams, plant managers and technical leaders on asset reliability, maintenance excellence and technical organisational development. The consultancy reviewed maintenance processes, optimised maintenance plans and developed data-driven roadmaps designed to reduce unplanned downtime and maintenance costs. As part of the acquisition, co-shareholder Wim Dilli\u00ebn is transferring his stake. Ronny Hamblok will continue ME+\u2019s expertise and activities within Yontec\u2019s integrated structure.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Over the past few years, Yontec has built a strong market position in technical industrial maintenance, technical staffing, shutdowns, projects, OEM representation and 24\/7 interventions. Providing specialised technical capacity remains a key pillar of the business, but will now be complemented by strategic advisory services and organisational development.<\/p>

Hamblok brings more than twenty years of experience in engineering, operations and maintenance. As Business Lead Asset Strategy, he will be responsible for the further development and integration of these strategic services within Yontec.<\/p>
