Yontec goes digital

PUNISH! That's the only word we can describe the past 3 days with. More than 100 Yontec'ers were joined at Limtec+ received for training on digitization and communication. Yontec is going digital, that's the message.

During training, Davy briefly looked back to the old days, the very beginning of Yontec. Back then, hourly receipts were simply faxed through and when Davy heard the typical sound of the fax he knew the hours were in. Over the years, Yontec grew strongly and we also moved more in the digital direction, so at the moment hourly receipts can be sent by e-mail or handed in when visiting Yontec.

Now at the end of 2019 we are at the beginning of a whole new era, starting January 2, 2020 we will go digital. The hourly receipts will be replaced by a digital arrival and absence system and employees will be provided with a new work tool: a tablet. This tablet is equipped with some important professional apps and, of course, the new registration system. We are also taking a big step forward in terms of communication, taking apart the jumble of communication lines and providing a platform where we can communicate in a true Yontec way!

We would like to thank everyone for the smooth running of the training with special thanks to our Yontec test team and the project team of this punishing project.

Doing normal things abnormally well is what Yontec is all about.
